Private Estate Grounds Master Plan, Airport Residential
Rather than fixing the grounds piece by piece, the owners of this Airport Residential estate commissioned a master plan: how vehicles move, where shade falls at four in the afternoon, which lawns take foot traffic, and where storm water actually goes in June. Landscape GH resolved all of it in a single drawing set, then delivered the build in stages agreed around the family’s calendar. Each stage closed with a written acceptance before the next was priced. Estate owners are never named in our published work; references are available on request.
