Grounds maintenance is contracted on the size and content of the grounds and the frequency — so it is quoted on a site visit, not a flat rate. We give you an itemised quote and a clear contract showing exactly what is done and how often. A redesign or new build (hardscape, irrigation, planting) is quoted separately on the design. (New lawn / turfing is indicatively ~GH₵15 per square metre installed, as a reference.)
